Shipping policy
1. Delivery – Charges and Timing
Domestic Orders
- Free shipping is available for all domestic orders above INR 1,000.
- For orders below INR 1,000, shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight and volume of the package.
- Shipping charges will never exceed INR 500, regardless of the basket size.
International Orders
- Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight, volume, and delivery destination.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or local taxes imposed by their country.
Delivery Timeframes

Standard orders: 7–14 business days from order confirmation.

Made-to-order products: 20–25 business days for production and delivery.
Exceptions to Delivery Timelines
- Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistical issues.
Unfulfilled Orders
- If we are unable to produce or deliver an order due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered an alternate product, store credit, or a full refund.
Missed Deliveries
- If your order is not received within the advised timeframe, please contact us immediately after receiving the delivery confirmation notification.
2. Delivery Process
Who Will Deliver My Order?
- Within India, orders are shipped through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, and similar logistics providers.
- Delivery partners will attempt delivery up to two times before returning the package to us.
Customer Responsibilities for Smooth Delivery
- Please provide a valid mobile number and complete shipping address including the correct pin code.
- If the package appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at

3. Important Notes
Customs and Taxes (International Orders)
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties and local taxes.
- Customs clearance policies vary by country and may cause delays if required documentation is not provided.
Delivery Confirmation
- Delivery timelines begin from the date of order confirmation.
Order Delays
- While we aim to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to external circumstances. We appreciate your patience.
Tracking Information
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
Insurance and Liability
- All products are carefully packaged before dispatch.
- If a product is damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
Return-to-Origin Policy
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or similar reasons, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Refunds for International Orders
- If an international order cannot be delivered due to customs issues, only the product value will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
